Brandon Pearce

Brandon is passionate about his family, the Word of God, the Church, culture, coffee and helping people understand their strengths and passions.

Brandon grew up in Northeast Alabama until his teenage years when he moved to Southwest Missouri. After high school he went on to college to pursue a degree in music education. It was then that God redirected his life by affirming and continuing the call that he had felt when he was just a kid. After transferring colleges he received his Bachelors in Biblical Literature from Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri. In God’s sovereignty He continued to lead Brandon toward great biblical scholars and thinkers in the Reformed Community.

Brandon spent 8 years in vocational ministry serving in churches from small rural settings to multi-site mega churches before taking a break to work outside the ministry world. It was during those two years that he realized the importance of the local church, the relentlessness pursuing of a Holy God and the need for new churches to rise from the ashes of old ones. This would inevitably lead to the planting of The Grove.

Purpose and Vision

Brandon’s purpose in life is to make disciple-making disciples who will transform their families, schools, homes, workplaces and communities into places of heaven here on the earth.

His vision is to see The Gospel take root in people in a way that produces fruit in every aspect of their lives and for The Church to be a place of hope and peace.
